Our team can also prepare a surprise freshly baked in the wood stove (available against reservation):

- Tarte Flambée (a kind of "French pizza" from Alsace region made from a very thin layer of pastry topped with sour cream, chopped onions and bacon)
- Suckling pig, Pâtée de Pâques (traditional dish in puff pastry from the Touraine region for Easter)
